A small game about city planning made for Ludum Dare 38. Try to fit as many buildings into the map without the people moving away. Nobody likes to be the minority in a neighbourhood, huge areas of slums are not sustainable, and even regular apartments can't afford to live between only mansions. Press N to skip a level. Open the game's data folder (mac: ~/Library/Application Support/noio/ or win: ~/AppData/LocalLow/noio) to edit levels.
