Infinity Ward

Infinity Ward, Inc. is an American video game developer founded in 2002. In 2003, the studio released its most famous game, Call of Duty series. It is a first-person shooter where the player performs as a soldier who lives during World War II. The players have to search through the areas, win combats and collect various items. After Call of Duty was released, Activision the whole Infinity Ward studio. Then it went on to produce other Call of Duty parts. Infinity Ward developed other shooters like Quantum of Solace based on the movie of the same name. However, it focuses on Call of Duty production, upgrading engines and featuring more powerful visuals and support. The franchise is famous worldwide and is supported by Windows, Macintosh, Xbox, PlayStation, and other platforms. In 2014, Infinity Ward merged with Neversoft.
